Sophie nous a aid\u00e9s \u00e0 mettre des mots sur des manifestations souvent v\u00e9cues au quotidien : tensions physiques, fatigue, troubles du sommeil, troubles digestifs\u2026. Ce temps de discussion a permis \u00e0 chacun de partager son ressenti et de mieux comprendre comment le stress agit \u00e0 la fois sur le corps et sur l\u2019esprit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Nous avons ensuite exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 des exercices pratiques, notamment de respiration. Simples et accessibles, ces exercices nous ont permis de ressentir rapidement un apaisement et de prendre conscience de l\u2019impact de la respiration sur notre \u00e9tat int\u00e9rieur. Sophie nous a \u00e9galement fait d\u00e9couvrir certaines huiles essentielles, en expliquant leurs effets et leur int\u00e9r\u00eat dans la gestion du stress, ainsi que les conditions pour les utiliser de mani\u00e8re adapt\u00e9e.<br>Enfin, Sophie nous a initi\u00e9s \u00e0 la r\u00e9flexologie, \u00e0 travers la d\u00e9couverte de points sp\u00e9cifiques situ\u00e9s sous les pieds et les mains. Nous avons pratiqu\u00e9 de petits exercices anti-stress, faciles \u00e0 reproduire chez soi, favorisant la d\u00e9tente et le rel\u00e2chement des tensions. Ces gestes concrets ont montr\u00e9 qu\u2019il est possible d\u2019agir sur son bien-\u00eatre au quotidien.<br>En conclusion, cette rencontre nous a rappel\u00e9 que le stress n\u2019est pas un ennemi, mais un signal.
