{"id":34861,"date":"2026-06-26T11:33:25","date_gmt":"2026-06-26T09:33:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recreactif.com\/?p=34861"},"modified":"2026-06-26T11:33:25","modified_gmt":"2026-06-26T09:33:25","slug":"prevention-des-chutes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recreactif.com\/?p=34861","title":{"rendered":"Pr\u00e9vention des chutes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quand la canicule s\u2019invite\u2026 la pr\u00e9vention reste d&rsquo;actualit\u00e9 !<br><br>Malgr\u00e9 une chaleur inconfortable et persistante, Camille nous a propos\u00e9 ce jeudi 25 juin une rencontre aussi rafra\u00eechissante qu\u2019utile autour d\u2019un sujet essentiel : la pr\u00e9vention des chutes chez les seniors.<br><br>Au programme : des exercices pratiques pour tester son \u00e9quilibre , des chiffres marquants sur le nombre de chutes en France et des hospitalisations qui ne baissent pas malgr\u00e9 la volont\u00e9 des pouvoirs publics, une pr\u00e9sentation claire des causes, des cons\u00e9quences et des moyens de pr\u00e9vention pour limiter les chutes .<br><br>Pourquoi chute-t-on ? Une baisse de l\u2019\u00e9quilibre, une vue moins performante, certains traitements, un environnement peu adapt\u00e9 ou tout simplement un moment d\u2019inattention peuvent en \u00eatre la cause. Les cons\u00e9quences, quant \u00e0 elles, peuvent \u00eatre importantes, tant sur le plan physique que moral et psychologique.<br><br>Heureusement, de nombreuses solutions existent pour r\u00e9duire les risques : pratiquer une activit\u00e9 physique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, consulter son m\u00e9decin, veiller \u00e0 une alimentation saine et adapt\u00e9e, am\u00e9nager son logement et rester attentif aux signaux que nous envoie notre corps.<br><br>Le public, tr\u00e8s concern\u00e9 et r\u00e9actif, a particip\u00e9 avec int\u00e9r\u00eat aux \u00e9changes. Chacun a pu porter un regard plus avis\u00e9 sur ses habitudes et mieux comprendre les m\u00e9canismes du vieillissement.
