L\u2019atelier de Johanna consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la morphologie a \u00e9t\u00e9 bien plus qu\u2019un simple moment d\u2019apprentissage : une v\u00e9ritable parenth\u00e8se pour mieux se conna\u00eetre et porter un regard plus bienveillant sur soi-m\u00eame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au fil des \u00e9changes, nous avons d\u00e9couvert la richesse et la diversit\u00e9 des silhouettes. Aucune n\u2019est \u201cid\u00e9ale\u201d ou \u201cimparfaite\u201d : chaque morphologie poss\u00e8de ses atouts, qu\u2019il s\u2019agit simplement de comprendre et de valoriser. En apprenant \u00e0 identifier les diff\u00e9rentes formes de corps, chacun a pu repartir avec des cl\u00e9s concr\u00e8tes pour se mettre en valeur au quotidien, sans chercher \u00e0 se transformer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nous avons \u00e9galement explor\u00e9 les diff\u00e9rentes formes de visage, et comment certains choix \u2014 coiffure, accessoires, encolures \u2014 peuvent subtilement harmoniser l\u2019ensemble et renforcer l\u2019expression de notre personnalit\u00e9. L\u2019objectif n\u2019\u00e9tait pas de se conformer \u00e0 des r\u00e8gles strictes, mais plut\u00f4t de s\u2019approprier des rep\u00e8res pour se sentir align\u00e9 avec son image.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Au-del\u00e0 des conseils pratiques, cet atelier a surtout permis de renforcer l\u2019estime de soi. Mieux se comprendre, c\u2019est aussi apprendre \u00e0 s\u2019accepter et \u00e0 se mettre en lumi\u00e8re avec justesse et confiance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un moment inspirant, guid\u00e9 avec douceur par Johanna, qui nous rappelle que notre image est avant tout un outil d\u2019expression personnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
